Our spaces can be arranged and outfitted based on the tenant's needs. A broad range of common facilities and service functions ensures that the companies at the research park can concentrate on their business activities.

Office facilities
All the spaces have electrical service for ADP, regular electrical service, and cabling for data and telecom connections.

The option of using the telephone system and ADP network is also available, providing fast Internet connectivity and an e-mail post office.

Telephone calls to all the enterprises at the research park are fielded in the common reception area in the foyer at the main entrance, which also offers an information desk for guests and residents.

Office sizes
We offer spaces from 12m2 and up. 27m2 (4.5m x 6m) is a typical office size. Flexible partitions make it easy to change office sizes quickly, i.e. to 18 m2, 36 m2 or 54m2.

NOVI 6 is a separate building with vehicle access from Alfred Nobels Vej (200 metres from NOVI's main entrance). NOVI 6 is designed for larger enterprises that can see to their own needs and desire a more independent image.

The spaces can be arranged and outfitted based on the tenant's wishes, and it is possible to rent furniture and fixtures as well.
