FysioMeter is a unique system designed to test, train and monitor essential muscles in the lower extremities, and the goal for FysioMeter is to help sports clubs reduce risk of injury and optimizing performance in their athletes.
When a baseline test has been performed with FysioMeter - individualized training programs can be prepared, risk of injury profile displayed, and at a later stage - rehabilitation after an injury can be optimized (Return-To-Play). However, FysioMeter is more than just a testing system; it is also a training & monitoring system. This means that coaches can initiate evidence-based/tailored strength training programs, and determine Readiness-To-Train/Game in their athletes.
FysioMeter was established in 2015 by Anders Spliid Hansen and Martin Grønbech Jørgensen, respectively
Arsenal FC, FC Copenhagen, FC Nordsjælland, EFB, OB and AaB have already bought the FysioMeters concept and use it weekly for training and monitoring.
