NOVI's primary business is the rental and operation of office space. That's why we focus on areas where we can really make a difference – especially energy consumption, buildings and outdoor areas.

We are continuously working to measure and reduce our CO₂e footprint and use green electricity in our operations. At the same time, we are developing our green areas with a focus on biodiversity where it makes sense in terms of use and operation.
